Mistakes Made During Construction
SELECTING WEAK SOIL
The load-bearing level of the ground to be constructed must be high. In other words, a floor that cannot bear the weight of the building you will build and its use over the years is a threat to your life and property safety. Rock (hard) soils should be preferred instead of soft/wet soils.
WRONG LOCATION
Along with the choice of flooring, the structure around the house is also very important. Around the place where we will build your house; The presence of structures such as stream beds, near high-voltage lines, base stations, gas stations, areas close to industry, and streams with a high risk of overflow negatively affect your life comfort and are also dangerous in terms of life and property safety. How comfortable can you live when the floor of a building on the stream bed is soft and wet, there is also the risk of overflow or when you are exposed to radiation every day near the base station.
CONDITION OF BUILDING
While building your house, care should be taken not to damage the building immediately adjacent to it, and attention should be paid to situations such as common wall, common plumbing line, which will be a problem later, during the construction phase of the construction.
